Mustafa J. Irshaid is a Palestinian cinematographer based in Amman, Jordan. With a BA in Media and Mass Communications from Petra University, he developed a deep appreciation for the power of visual storytelling. Growing up in a small village in northern Palestine, he was captivated by the interplay of light and color—an influence that continues to shape his work. Additionally, the resilience and depth of the Palestinian cinema scene played a pivotal role in shaping his artistic vision, inspiring him in the early days of his career.

Over the past seven years, Mustafa has collaborated with acclaimed directors on a diverse range of projects, including fiction films, documentaries, multimedia productions, music videos, and photographic series. His work is characterized by a meticulous approach to composition, movement, and lighting, bringing depth and emotion to every frame.

Currently, he is dedicated to expanding his work in narrative cinema, with a particular focus on fiction films and documentaries that explore compelling visual and emotional storytelling. While he continues to take on commercial projects, his primary goal is to further establish himself within the international film industry. Through his cinematography, he seeks to contribute to thought-provoking and visually striking films, with the aspiration of presenting his work at prestigious film festivals worldwide.
